Noninvasively First has used and recommends United Medical for all ultrasound equipment service (repair to parts) and purchases (used and new). We find them to be beyond helpful, from the front desk to sales and back office. They are quick to respond and highly knowledgeable in all aspects. When we have an equipment crash, ‘soft or hard’ they are there to assist in every aspect. As a mobile company, we rely heavily on our equipment and often cannot be without it. UMI always has back-up equipment to offset our shortage. Due to poor service response and help from other major ultrasound companies, we use UMI as our only resource and never regret our choice.
